How to Medical, Vet Release or Turn Out of a rodeo:  Competitors can email [email protected] or phone 403-739-2988 with a Medical, Vet Release or Turn Out.  Please state the reason why your are turning out, if you are medical or vet release, the Dr. note must be emailed or faxed to the office by the following Monday 12pm after the rodeo.

Payouts are done direct deposit, please make sure that your direct deposit information is emailed to [email protected], if cheques are issued there is a $25 cheque fee.  Cheques will be sent at a later date.
